GENRE
After some hours spent researching genres for out magazine we decided to do fashion and youth culture.
Fashion & Youth Culture
What do we mean by this?
We would like the magazine to primarily focus on fashion and style, with more of an artistic perspective upon youth culture, through promoting the next generation of creatives.
We haven't seen any other magazine identify with this specific genre yet, but we did get inspired from some magazines in order to create this hybrid genre.
Furthermore we are interested in touching topics related to contemporary social issues, that would attract our targeted audience and include their perspective, through editorials and specific articles.
MOODBOARD
Below is a collage of some photos from our Pinterest board(s). They share similarities however are not the same. Each of us is doing a separate issue with a different theme therefore we have separate boards to pin our ideas in.
Even though we might not necessarily keep the same ideas from the mood boards due to our continued development, it remains a good start for our team.

These are some of my ideas, taken from my mood board of course. I will use these as a base for my photoshoots product, I plan to either adjust the main idea of these photos or develop the main idea behind them in order to better fit my magazine issue.
