Research and planning - planning photoshoot + budget + calendar dates

Location 1:

grassy abandoned pool + building

I know this place with abandoned pools and a small dilapidated building surrounded by a lot of grass, it has a cool aesthetic to it and I feel as though I can get some good photos there. The area has a perfect amount of working space not to mention there is a small chance of us being disturbed by other people.

Location 2:

underground parking lot

In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances we will do the photoshoot in an underground parking lot, close to Iulius mall. It has a nice aesthetic, gritty due to the cold demeanor and concrete walls. Its easily accesible by everyone, weather cant affect it and its open almost 24/7. Very spacious with decent ventilation.

Models/costumes/props:

I will be assisted by 3 models(Nicol, Petra and Mihai). The costumes are going to be fairly minimalistic: a white dress and a suit, they will switch in-between wearing the suit along with what props they use. I don't have a strict preference towards the costumes, all I need was a dress that was preferably white and any suit available.

The props I had in mind were: a white sheet and some reflectors. The white sheet will be used as a face covering and a make shift background in some photos whilst the reflectors are going to be utilized in order to create different moods for the photo's whilst also being a light source while posing.

Budget:

Sheet incase something happens to other one = 20

power generator = 500-1000 lei

Calendar dates:

Photoshoot 14/03/2021

and every weekend past this date for 3-4 weeks in case we have to reschedule or take more photos.
