Research and planning - risk assessment

weather

• we can re-locate under the trees near the abandoned pools and continue the photoshoot from then on, there wont be as much to work with however we ca manage.

• The second option would be to wait out the bad weather, this is slightly risky as nature can be unpredictable.

• Worst case scenario we reschedule to next weekend/ whenever they are free again.

Models

• If one of the models get sick or are unable to come we can reschedule to whenever they are free, hopefully the following weekend.

• In the very unlikely event one or more are unable to come shoot at the location I might have to choose someone else or relocate the photoshoot, this is if I find a new place in time.

props

• I buy new props as they aren't expensive at all or I borrow them from someone.

• If they break during the photoshoot it wont be a problem as even in their broken form they are still usable.

costumes

• The costumes rip, again not a problem as they will still fit the theme and aesthetic.

• The costumes are forgotten. We can go and get them since we will have time to spare.
