Before writing the article I had to do some research and exploration to find what I wanted to write about. Initially I thought of writing about something a bit more personal to the reader, that they can better relate to. After discussing with my colleagues, I decided this was aa good foundation to develop.
After some self reflection and anonymous talks on the internet, I arrived to a verdict regarding what specifically I'm going to write about. My research was fairly simply structured as I felt that by overcomplicating myself I'd only hinder my progress, it consisted of me chatting with random people on all sorts off social media apps: YouTube, Instagram any online message board where I could read and discuss topics.
At the beginning it felt like I wasn't getting anywhere however eventually an idea popped into my head, the amount of fault one puts onto themselves in certain situations and the way the reasoning behinds it. During some conversations I realized that some individuals tend to almost strictly blame themselves and putting excessive pressure in situations when they don't necessarily have to. A toxic hustle mindset, must work, not enough, they tend either overwork themselves to the point of mental unhealth or simply shut down due to the pressure they feel to perform.
I will meditate on this idea and write the final version in the final issue.
